"HD" means Hardwood-- this Case Brace is machined out of Maple and clear coated with a gloss finish.  It has a shallow pick tray that makes it easy to slide a pick between your finger and thumb.  It also has a business card slot for all you "giggin' guitarists!"    Too cool!

The original Case Brace is a compact injection molded bracket that fits easily in your case, so it's always with you.  Soft rubber grommets "grip" the surface of your case and give you a sturdy and stable place to hang your axe.

Just pull it out, put it on top of your case and hang up your guitar or bass!

The Gen II Case Brace is CNC-machined of super-strong multi-ply board.  On the underside, the lock-on tabs slide under the aluminum channels on each side of your case, securing the Gen II Case Brace.

The Gen II Case Brace was designed specifically for molded cases with ribbed corners, like the SKB-66 (guitar) and the SKB-44 (bass).

This version is hand wrapped in plush velvet material by the G&G Quality Case Company.  We have a couple different colors on hand; but the best way to ensure availability is to order directly from G&G. 

The fabric matches the interior colors of the many different cases they manufacture.
