Cheese-O-Caster
This particular design is cut out of Maple with lots of cool detail carved in.
These cheese boards are unfinished Maple. You can apply a light coat of natural mineral oil, which can take up to a week to completely dry or cure. This will help reduce the absorption of moisture. The moisture content of the wood will change with humidity and washing, and small cracks or checking may occur at the ends. This is normal and unavoidable with a real piece of wood.
